dundee hills/duke at de ponte cellars

Last month we had the pleasure of visiting De Ponte Cellars, a vineyard comfortably nestled in the Dundee Hills region of Oregon.

During our visit we had the opportunity to spend some time with Duke, just one of the four dogs of De Ponte.  He is an amazing young, obedient and playful little English Mastif (now, I say little but that’s relative to his breed) that came from a local rescue shelter.  Visit De Ponte for yourself and check out the tasting room and try some Pinot Noir, the unique and refreshing Melon (also knows as Melon de Bourgogne) and my personal favorite, the Rosé, and you might just get to spend some time with Duke or one of the other dogs of De Ponte!

Take a trip over to Rika’s blog and see some more pictures of Duke.
